Vadodara MPS is manufacturing FHT and LPT equipment with capacity of ~300 k production hours SC Planning team is supporting production by providing monthly plan and milestone schedule. This scheduling is not sufficient, and we are not able to track the complete production process. Production team need support for activity level scheduling for equipment manufacturing.
