Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most of the following: 1) Working knowledge of critical infrastructure/programs such as terrestrial transport, satellite communications (SATCOM), radio frequency (RF) spectrum, DoW Information Networks (DOWIN), and tactical networks such as LINK-16.; 2) Participate in operational planning efforts, exercises, forums, symposiums, study groups, etc
