GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicant's demonstrated ability to follow directions, read, understand, and retain instructions, regulations, and procedures that otherwise validate the ability to perform or learn to perform the duties of the position. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience which is directly related to the position to be filled and which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. GS-09- Must have at least 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade, GS-07. Knowledge of Army or Air Forc
